What is The Barefoot Trail?

Have you always wanted to know what it feels like to walk around barefoot in the great outdoors? Use all your senses while barefoot to experience this manicured 1-mile trail through dirt, mud, water, sand, stone, and rocks. Try out the adventure stations along the way and challenge your mind and body while grounding!

     Walking barefoot counteracts the absorption of positive ions from computers, phones, and other electrical equipment, and allows the exchange with negative ions to detoxify our bodies. This helps reduce anxiety, depression, chronic pain, fatigue and help improve cardiovascular health. We're going to have you smiling and laughing on the trail!
