The simplest way to receive a reimbursement for your ticket and/or booklet purchase is by submitting an invoice or receipt request through your ClassWallet account. The parent will need to provide proof of payment with an invoice/receipt that includes the following information:
Name, address, and contact information of qualified service provider
Invoice date (reservation date)
Invoice number (reservation number)
Student name - the name(s) of the child(ren) can be written on the invoice, if needed
Itemized description of services provided and associated charges, including date of attendance
Plus, the parent needs to provide curriculum. Refer to this link for the form: https://www.azed.gov/sites/default/files/2025/02/Parent%C2%AD_Provided_Curriculum_Fillable_Form.pdf
The parent will use the invoice to create an order in the ClassWallet system. That order comes to an ESA Purchase Review Specialist to approve. Once approved, ClassWallet will start the funding process that results in money being deposited directly to the parent’s account. The timing from approval to funding/deposit is about a week, depending on how quickly the bank processes deposits.
